Blade Geometry, Design, and Materials
The EDC Relentless redefines what is possible for a value-driven carry knife. It’s based off the time-proven stiletto-style geometry and engineered for today’s prepared individual. The hand-sharpened, 3-inch-long, nearly full-tang blade features a precision stock thickness of just over 1/16 of an inch. This deliberate, ultra-thin geometry strikes the perfect balance between devastating piercing capability and low-profile carry. Furthermore, the true double edge and completely symmetrical handle allow for a lightning fast draw by eliminating the need for indexing. Forged from 420 stainless steel, its construction is incredibly corrosion-resistant and virtually maintenance-free. Simply wipe it down after use—or apply a light coat of oil after exposure to saltwater—and it will easily resist rust and tarnish.
Handle and Ergonomics
Engineered with a heavily textured, frag-style, injection-molded polymer handle in our proprietary Bone Tactical Gray Man Tan, this knife guarantees a positive grip under stress. Thanks to its completely symmetrical design, it provides immediate, ambidextrous draw capabilities for use with both forward and reverse grips. The ergonomic ingenuity: large enough to offer a secure purchase for large hands, yet streamlined and devoid of sharp angles for comfortable, all-day carry—even against bare skin or under light clothing. Whether utilized as a neck knife via the included chain, pocket-carried with an aftermarket attachment, stashed for deep cover, or mounted with our IWB clip loops (sold separately), this multi-purpose blade will serve you well. Sheath and Hardware
Each thermoplastic sheath is individually handmade and color-matched in our Gray Man Tan, allowing it to easily translate into both urban and rural environments. The 1/4-inch eyelets are solid bronze, ensuring they won't crack or rust; instead, they will naturally patina over time for a rugged aesthetic. The friction-lock retention on the sheath is precision-tuned to approximately 5 lbs, guaranteeing your knife won't fall out on its own while remaining quick and easy to access. The included chain is handsome, low-profile, and 100% stainless steel so it will never rust or tarnish. Crucially, the links are crimped rather than welded. This serves as a vital safety breakaway feature: if the chain gets caught in heavy equipment or is used against you in a grapple, it will break before you are in danger. If the chain does separate, it can simply be crimped back together.
