Bone Tactical Return & Refund Policy — 7 Generations or 700 Years

We proudly guarantee all Bone Tactical products to be free from manufacturer defects — not just for life, but for seven generations or 700 years, whichever comes first.

In the rare event that you receive an item with a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our expense, upon review and confirmation.

Due to the limited, heirloom-quality nature of our handmade gear, all sales are final.

Our products are crafted in small batches, highly sought after, and often sell out quickly. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind — by the time a return is processed, the exact product may no longer be available, and re-listing causes logistical and financial complications that undermine our ability to continue producing elite non-permissive environment equipment at fair prices.

That said, if there is ever an issue with your order, we stand behind our craftsmanship and customer service. We will always work with you to make things right.
