Bone Tactical Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders normally ship same day but always within two business days. You'll automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail when your order goes through, and then another e-mail with tracking info once it ships. Please e-mail LT@bonetactical.com with any questions regarding shipping or your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Economy shipping orders within the US, when chosen by the customer, are at the customers own risk. Customer support for shipping issues with free shipping will be available only through the shipper. When the customer checks out from BoneTactical.com with free shipping as an option our only responsibility is to fulfill the order and hand it off to the shipping service. We recommend upgrading to a higher level of shipping if shipping reliability is desired.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We will do our best to ship anywhere we can.

Bone Tactical LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Bone Tactical LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim (LT@bonetactical.com). Please be sure to choose a shipping option that includes insurance at checkout if you want to maintain the ability to file a claim with the service provider for damages or losses incurred during shipping. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods to aid in filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We will do our best to ship anywhere we can despite rising shipping costs and associated difficulties. Bone Tactical LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
