The Bone Kogatana was designed to be the world’s strongest and most effective modern fighting knife. Our original Modern Warrior version is hand forged from one solid piece of 5160 steel, over 3/8” thick, and professionally heat treated in house. Its Japanese martial arts inspired design slashes, stabs, conceals, and fits the hand like no other fighting knife has before. The fully ambidextrous and modular sheath system comes ready for IWB use and/or attachment to virtually any piece of kit. The Modern Warrior version comes standard in a muted colorway which mimics natural skin tones and blends easily in both urban and rural environments while offering low light reflection with a minimal IR signature.
The Daimyo Kogatana is the ultimate functional art piece. Merging the absolute rarest exotic materials with 100% hand made custom craftsmanship and martial blade know-how... this knife represents the pinnacle of collector quality edged weapons. This combination of such an effective modern edged weapon design that will still hold up to extreme hard use while featuring world-class craftsmanship with such rare materials has not been seen in the tactical world before now. The blade itself is made from stonewashed S30V steel, a "super steel" known for its corrosion resistance and low maintenance requirements. The handle is one solid piece of crystal clear epoxy resin infused with Ancient Amblemine and cured in a vaccum chamber. The same Ancient Amblemine that was once a prized treasure of Mayan warrior chieftains is now permanently preserved in the handle of this exquisite piece. The custom sheath is carbon fiber print thermoplastic with bronze rivets and comes complete with it's own IWB clip and hardware. As always, every process of making this knife was done in house... allowing us to lead the market in custom blade production quality.
